For christenings, receptions and other festive occasions, we provide catering with Rørte’s modern take on open sandwiches. Everything is made from scratch – from our sourdough rye bread and homemade toppings with seasonal ingredients.

Therefore, we work with textures and formats that hold: crispy crusty rice, creamy elements that don’t spill over, and toppings that add fragrance and color without smearing on the clothes. Canapés for your reception should be just as practical as they are delicious; here, the rice rolls make the difference.

You decide whether you want delivery in Copenhagen or if you want to pick it up yourself. We pack it so it’s easy to display, and we label the trays with allergens and contents, so the host has full control.
